Iowa City

The University of Iowa with its scenic 2,000 acre campus is situated along the banks of the Iowa River.  Rolling hills surround the campus region that is punctuated with walking paths and bike trails.  The campus is deeply intertwined with the neighboring downtown area.

The nearly 30,000 University students and 1,700 faculty help to create a vibrant collegiate environment.  Over the past few years, several national polls have ranked the University and Iowa City very highly in livability and entertainment, safety, affordability, and health care.

A dynamic & vibrant college town. Live in a community that brings everything you need to pursue research scholarship, & creative work together in one accessible, livable place.
